At Spöretz, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect when you place an order with us.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
